Understanding the Compensation Structure
Our pay structure is simple, fair, and directly tied to your performance. Here’s how it works:
At BODY TIME, we believe in empowering you to achieve greatness. Our salary structure is designed not only to reward your efforts but also to motivate and guide you toward consistent growth.
Your Basic Salary
Your journey begins with a basic salary ranging from 3,000 AED to 6,000 AED, based on your experience. On top of this, you’ll earn a 5% commission on sales when you meet your targets.
Basic Salary and Target for 5% Commission:
- 3,000 AED basic: 15,000 AED target
- 4,000 AED basic: 20,000 AED target
- 5,000 AED basic: 25,000 AED target
- 6,000 AED basic: 30,000 AED target
The First Steps Are the Most Important
Starting strong sets the foundation for long-term success. Here’s what we aim for in the first month:
- Week 1: Achieve at least 20% of your target to build momentum.
- Week 2: Reach 40% of your total target to ensure steady progress.
By breaking your target into manageable steps, we’ll work together to help you achieve your goals. You’re not alone in this journey; our team is here to support you every step of the way.
Long Commitment Membership Commission Policy
To ensure financial stability and minimize risks related to employee failure, sickness, leave, resignation, outstanding debts, or client refund cases, commissions for Long Commitment Memberships will be paid only after the full completion of the client’s membership term.
This delayed payout policy protects the company and ensures fair compensation aligned with actual service delivery and client retention.
To receive commissions on a monthly basis, we strongly recommend offering clients monthly subscription online packages, which are automatically deducted each month. This model benefits the client, employee, and company, providing consistent service, improved client retention, and monthly commission payouts for the employee.
What Happens if You Don’t Meet Your Target?
If you’re unable to meet 80% of your target in the first month, don’t worry—we’ll adjust your basic salary proportionately to reflect your achievements.
Example:
- Basic Salary: 3,000 AED
- Target: 15,000 AED
- Sales Achieved: 10,000 AED (66.7%)
- Salary Payout: 2,000 AED basic + no commission (target not met)
This adjustment isn’t a penalty—it’s a stepping stone. We’ll use it as an opportunity to strategize and grow together.

For high achievers, we have an exciting bonus structure that rewards exceptional performance:
- 50,000 AED in sales: 10% commission
- 80,000 AED in sales: 15% commission
- 100,000 AED in sales: 20% commission
- 125,000 AED in sales: 25% commission

Commission Adjustment Policy for Discounted Services and Products
In cases where discounts on services or products are approved by management, ALL COMMISSIONS AND BONUSES may be adjusted accordingly. Reduced prices impact profit margins and increase company risk, which may necessitate changes to commission structures to prevent losses.

Reduced Price & Offers
In case the iBody is sold at a discounted price as part of a special offer, the commission percentage will be adjusted proportionally. For example, if the iBody is sold at AED 4,000 instead of AED 8,000 and a target of AED 100,000 is reached (qualifying for a 25% commission), the commission will be reduced accordingly to 12.5% to reflect the discounted sale value.
B2B Sales | Distribution
B2B sales or distribution partner sales are counted separately and will not be combined with B2C target achievements. B2B and B2C operations should be managed by separate team members, with clearly defined sections for each sales category.
If a team member is involved in both B2B and B2C sales, the targets for each category remain separate and cannot be combined. Sales in one category will be treated as a bonus relative to the other, and commissions will be calculated accordingly.
Commission structures for B2B sales differ from those of B2C. Please consult management at the outset for full details to ensure transparency and proper alignment.
Policy on Price Changes and Commission Adjustments
Price changes for services or products initiated by employees are strictly not allowed. In exceptional cases where temporary price changes are accepted for a short-term period, commissions will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the new pricing.
The company does not initiate price changes. However, if any changes are made from the employee’s side, all related terms, including commission structures, will be adjusted in line with the modified pricing.
Marketing Expense & Sales Commission Adjustment Policy
Marketing Expense Overview:
Marketing expenses are variable and depend on lead quality and campaign performance. On average, our marketing investment ranges between 5% and 10% of the total income for each sales category (e.g., iBody, Body Contouring). This investment supports lead generation and brand visibility necessary for achieving consistent sales results.
Sales Expectations & Role Suitability:
Sales performance is directly tied to marketing efficiency. Individuals who are not suited for sales roles may struggle to convert leads effectively, leading to increased marketing costs without return. For this reason, the sales target for underperforming or unsuitable salespersons is effectively zero. Basic sales skills are sufficient to achieve sales volumes that align with our 5–10% marketing investment model.
High Performance & Conversion Impact:
Skilled sales professionals with a strong conversion rate can significantly reduce the overall marketing cost. Advanced sellers—those with a proven track record—are expected to generate higher revenue per lead, thus increasing profitability and maintaining healthy commission structures.
Commission Adjustments Based on Marketing Efficiency:
If the marketing expense exceeds 10% of the category income, commission rates above 5% may be adjustedproportionally to protect company profitability.
For example:
If marketing cost doubles and reaches 20%, and a salesperson is receiving a 20% commission, their rate will be gradually reduced, potentially down to 10%, in line with the excess marketing spend.
This adjustment ensures fair balance between investment, performance, and reward.

Sales Performance & Commission Integrity Guidelines
To ensure fairness, team spirit, and trust within the sales team, the following policy applies to all sales staff:
Balanced Sales Distribution:
Sales results among team members must remain within a 25% range difference. This policy is in place to avoid scenarios where one salesperson closes all deals and later attempts to split commission informally. All sales staff are expected to contribute equally and maintain similar performance levels, as they work towards shared targets and team bonuses.Responsibility & Accountability:
Each team member is individually responsible for achieving their own sales targets. Significant differences in performance (over 25%) may indicate a breach of trust or manipulation of the sales process.Breach of Trust Consequences:
If a team member exceeds the 25% difference threshold in comparison to their peers:An immediate investigation will be initiated.
Commissions exceeding 5% for the month will be withheld.
The staff member may lose eligibility for team bonuses.
Such behavior will be treated as a breach of trust, possibly resulting in termination.
This policy is in place to protect a fair, honest, and cooperative work environment. Sales success should be a team effort, not an individual strategy that undermines team unity.
Team Spirit: Studio Target Bonus
When the entire studio achieves its target, we celebrate as a team. An additional 2% of total sales will be distributed among all staff.
Studio Target Example:
- Total staff targets combined: 200,000 AED
- Studio target: 200,000 AED
- Studio achieves the target: 2% bonus distributed to all staff 4,000 AED.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Minimum team of 5 people or minimum sales of AED 120,000. B2B Sales Excluded!
Creating an Attractive and Scalable Business Model for Growth
At BODY TIME, our goal is to set a strong example for franchises, iBody distributors, and all business partners. Maintaining consistent pricing for products and services is essential to building a solid and attractive business model. To ensure long-term success, we aim for a structure where the business generates at least four times the rent in revenue, with balanced financial distribution.
As a rule of thumb, the company’s profit should equal the total salary payout of all employees—what is paid in salaries should also be earned in profit. Achieving this requires aligning pricing, marketing, and sales strategies with a clear focus on profitability and sustainability.
Commission-Based Only Salary Structure at BODY TIME
At BODY TIME, only three positions come with a fixed basic salary. The majority of roles are commission-based, and this will continue to be the standard for most vacancies.

- Each sales: 5% commission

At our Dubai Business Bay headquarters, only three core positions will include a basic salary. All other roles will be commission-based. While we recognize the value of a fixed income, we believe in rewarding performance and results. That’s why our model supports high achievers—those who can deliver from the very first month.
Joining BODY TIME means taking ownership of your success. You should only apply if you are confident in your ability to drive results through direct sales via Zoom, WhatsApp, or in-person consultations. We’re looking for motivated doers who are ready to grow, perform, and earn what they deserve.
Vacation & End of Service Policy
At BODY TIME, we offer high commissions and, in select cases, a competitive basic salary. Therefore, vacation pay and end-of-service compensation are not provided separately, as monthly earnings already exceed typical leave or end-of-service payouts.
This is a performance-based sales role—income is directly tied to your results.
Vacations must be requested at least 4 months in advance to ensure proper planning and coverage.
Any sales made during your leave or outside working hours will still be fully paid.
Sales Allocation Misconduct
Allocating sales to a single individual to artificially reach higher commission tiers (20% or 25%) and splitting with colleagues is strictly prohibited.
Such actions constitute a breach of trust and will result in immediate termination, with no salary or commission paid.
Client Disputes & Team Conduct
Fighting or arguing over clients will result in no commission payout for either party involved.
If any issue arises, report it directly to management (Norbert Simonis).
Maintaining a positive work environment and strong team spirit is essential.

Miha Bodytec Sales Bonus
Miha Bodytec sales are considered private sales and personal investments of the owner.
Each sale will be rewarded with a 5% bonus commission.
These sales will not count toward reaching B2C or B2B sales targets, as they are treated separately.

Franchise Sales Commission Policy
Franchise sales are handled with a customized commission structure, discussed individually for each client based on their inquiry, investment level, and business potential.
This approach ensures flexibility to match the unique nature of each franchise deal, allowing us to balance profitability, partner expectations, and long-term growth objectives. Tailoring commissions this way helps support sustainable expansion while rewarding performance appropriately.
