Salary: AED 12,000–15,000/month + Performance Bonuses

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Client Engagement: Oversee lead management, consultations, and ensure exceptional client experiences.
- Performance Management: Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and prepare detailed sales reports for senior management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals and enhance lead conversion rates.
- CRM Mastery: Utilize CRM tools to optimize lead tracking, automate follow-ups, and improve sales efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales management, preferably in fitness, wellness, or a related industry.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
