2. Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team at BODY TIME. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, managing client relationships, and ensuring the success of our sales team. This position requires a strategic thinker who is passionate about health and fitness.

3. Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager at BODY TIME, your duties will include:

Leadership and Team Management

  • Recruiting, training, and supervising a high-performing sales team.
  • Setting clear sales goals and KPIs for team members.
  • Motivating the team to achieve individual and collective targets.

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborating with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives.

Client Relationship Management

  • Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction through exceptional service.
  • Overseeing the follow-up process for leads generated by the sales and call center teams.
  • Building long-term relationships with high-value clients.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Tracking team performance and reporting on key sales metrics.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable feedback.
  • Generating regular sales performance reports for senior management.

Integration of Technology

  • Leveraging CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and improve team efficiency.
  • Ensuring the team effectively uses BODY TIME’s CRM system for daily operations.

4. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in sales management, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Tech-Savviness: Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Passion: A genuine interest in fitness and wellness.
