Job Description:
We are seeking an EMS Fitness Personal Trainer who excels in client coaching, personal training, and sales. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Responsibilities:
- Conduct personalized EMS fitness sessions for clients, ensuring optimal results and satisfaction.
- Educate clients on the benefits of EMS training and BODY TIME services.
- Actively engage in client acquisition and retention strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Promote and upsell fitness packages, membership plans, and BODY TIME solutions to potential and existing clients.
- Monitor client progress, provide support, and ensure a high-quality training experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and maintain client relationships.
- Assist with consultations, demos, and follow-ups to convert leads into loyal customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales with a strong record of hitting or exceeding targets.
- Certified Personal Trainer (EMS certification preferred; training will be provided if needed).
- Proven ability to sell services and motivate clients to invest in their health and fitness goals.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and a team player with a positive attitude.
- Passionate about health, fitness, and helping clients achieve their desired results.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
